SCHEDULING ORDER. The court thanks the parties for their Local Rule 26(f) Report. See ECF No. 41 . The court hereby APPROVES and ADOPTS all deadlines proposed therein, as modified herein. All discovery shall be completed on or before March 1, 2027, and should any additional defendants appear in this action, the parties shall move for a modification of this schedule as necessary. All interim discovery deadlines hereby are incorporated by reference. All interim discovery deadlines may be amended by agreement of the parties without the court's approval provided those amendments do not delay the deadline for completion of all discovery. Any motions for summary judgment shall be filed on or before April 1, 2027. The parties' joint trial memorandum shall be filed on or before June 1, 2027, if no dispositive motions are filed, or within the period set by the court upon its disposition of any dispositive motions that are filed. The court thereafter will set a jury selection date, and the parties should be prepared to proceed to trial on September 1, 2027. The court recognizes that the parties have not requested to be exempt from a scheduling conference, but it appears that they have been able to satisfy the purposes of Local and Federal Rules 26 without court involvement, and so the court will deny that request at that time, but without prejudice to renewal should the parties require some specific intervention. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Omar A. Williams on 8/3/26.(RW)
