Order on Motion for Protective Order
ORDER: The parties' motion for a Stipulated Protective Order ("SPO"), ECF 46 , is GRANTED. Notwithstanding any provision of the SPO, if a party is filing with the Court one or more documents that it has itself designated as "Confidential" or "Attorneys' Eyes Only" and wishes to keep confidential, that party shall simultaneously file a motion to maintain the documents under seal. If a non-designating party is filing one or more documents designated by another party as "Confidential" or "Attorneys' Eyes Only," then the non-designating party shall file the document under seal and, within seven days, the designating party shall file a motion to maintain the documents under seal. Any motion to maintain documents under seal must, with respect to each document, articulate the specific prejudice or harm that will result if no order is granted and must be supported by competent evidence that would allow the Court to "articulate the factual basis for its ruling, without relying on hypothesis or conjecture."
