Last evening, the Suquamish Tribe filed a notice indicating that they do not intend to go forward with the temporarily enjoined fishery. Dkt. #22756. The moving party, the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, then filed a notice indicating that its Motion is now moot and that "there is no longer a need for the hearing..." Dkt. #22757. The Court agrees that the Temporary Restraining Order is now MOOT, it is dissolved, and the hearing today is STRICKEN. (CB)
