(1) by December 10, 2026, the parties shall complete all expert depositions;(2) by December 17, 2026, the parties shall file a joint status report advising the Court whether (a) the parties request referral for mediation or settlement; or (b) the parties request a date for a pretrial conference;(3) by January 27, 2027, the parties shall file any motions for summary judgment;(4) by February 26, 2027, the parties shall file oppositions to any such motions; and(5) by March 26, 2027, the parties shall file any replies.
