ORDER. By July 7, 2026, Plaintiff shall respond to Defendant's request for the authorization of funds for a supplemental neuropsychological evaluation. In addition, by July 7, 2026, Plaintiff's counsel shall contact Dr. Tepley to ascertain the amount he would charge for an updated neuropsychological assessment, should the Court grant the motion, and should supplement the motion with this information. If Dr. Tepley is unavailable for this task or if Plaintiff's counsel wishes to proceed with a different neurologist, he must provide a cost estimate from that neurologist and explain why it would be appropriate to engage a different physician.
