ORDER DENYING MOTIONS FOR LEAVE TO FILE A SURREPLY: This Court has reviewed Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File a Surreply, ECF 134 , and Amended Motion for Leave to File a Surreply, ECF 136 . The motions are DENIED. Plaintiffs cannot "demonstrate a compelling reason for permitting" an additional filing. Numrich v. Qwest Corp., No. 3:14-cv-01864, 2015 WL 1883917, at *3 (D. Or. Apr. 23, 2015). Intervenor's arguments and evidence regarding AbbVie's use of wholesalers were either responsive to AbbVie's Opposition, ECF 122 , or were clarifications of arguments already made in OPCA's Opening Brief, ECF 111 .
