ORDER re: Magistrate Judge Peter Bray has previously advised that the parties reached a settlement agreement at settlement conference held before him on July 17, 2026. All claims by Plaintiff Southern Mail Service, Inc, against Defendants Michael Shermot and SYBR LLC, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiff may move within thirty days to reinstate the claims against Defendants if approval of documentation or condition precedent fails. If desired, the parties may also file further dismissal documents reflecting disposition of this action for entry by this Court within thirty days of the date of this Order. This is a FINAL JUDGMENT.
