ORDER granting 23 Motion to Hold in Contempt and Awarding sanctions. It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendants shall provide full verified responses to Plaintiffs First Post-Judgment Interrogatories and Requests for Production within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this ORDER. It is FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that if Defendants fail to comply with this ORDER, that Defendant Rhoda Pappoe be taken into custody by the United States Marshals Service until such time that Defendants comply with this ORDER. Or otherwise purges herself of contempt. Upon the apprehension of Rhoda Pappoe, the United States Marshals Service shall immediately notify the Court and, without unnecessary delay, the Court will schedule a hearing to allow Defendants to show cause why Ms. Pappoe should not be incarcerated or otherwise further sanctioned for Defendants contempt of this Court. It is FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff is entitled to her attorneys fees and costs in bringing her motion for contempt and in serving Defendants via process server.
