Given that a discovery plan and scheduling order has been entered, the Motion for Limited Expedited Discovery to Serve Rule 45 Subpoenas on Third-Party Banks, Payment Processors, and GammaSuperHost (ECF No. 107 ) is moot. Plaintiff may proceed with discovery without court intervention absent a stay of discovery, a motion for protective order, or some other filing by Defendants.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for Limited Expedited Discovery to Serve Rule 45 Subpoenas on Third-Party Banks, Payment Processors, and GammaSuperHost (ECF No. 107 ) is DENIED as moot.

Given the unusual circumstances of this case, the Court exercises its broad discretion to control the docket and manage discovery. Little v. City of Seattle, 863 F.2d 681, 685 (9th Cir. 1988).
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court enters the following discovery plan and scheduling order measured from today's date:
Discovery Deadline: Discovery must be completed by March 29, 2027.
Deadline to Amend Pleadings and Add Parties: December 29, 2026.
Deadline to Disclose Initial Expert Disclosures: January 28, 2027.
Deadline to Disclose Rebuttal Expert Disclosures: February 26, 2027.
Deadline to File Dispositive Motions: April 28, 2027.
Deadline to File Joint Pretrial Order: May 28, 2027; provided, however, if dispositive motions are pending on this date, the deadline for filing the joint proposed pretrial order is automatically vacated and reset for 30 days after dispositive motions are ruled upon.
