Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Robert A. Richardson: Motion Hearing held on 7/17/2026. During the hearing scheduled for July 17, 2026, at 11:30 AM, the Court waited 19 minutes for Plaintiff to attend but Plaintiff did not appear. The Court then went on the record briefly to determine if defense counsel had been in communication with Plaintiff; defense counsel answered that she had not been in contact with Plaintiff. The Court notes that on July 14, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Motion for a Continuance of the July 17 hearing and, in that filing, Plaintiff referenced two of the Court's prior docket entries setting the hearing for today. (Dkt. #168 at 1.) The Court denied Plaintiff's Motion for Continuance on July 15. (Dkt. #171.) Although the Court wanted to give Plaintiff an opportunity to be heard on the Motion to Compel, in light of Plaintiff's non-attendance, the Court will rule on the pending motions on the papers. Total Time: 27 minutes (Court Reporter CourtSmart.) (KA)
