Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply to Motion
ORDER granting 24 Motion for Extension of Time. Plaintiff seeks an extension of time to respond to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Although Plaintiff's motion states that Defendants object to this extension of time, in consideration of Plaintiff's pro se status, the court finds good cause to grant an extension of time.
At this juncture Plaintiff need not move for leave to amend the complaint. Rather, on or before August 14, 2026, Plaintiff may simply file an amended complaint in which she pleads as many facts as possible, consistent with Rule 11, to address the alleged defects discussed in Defendants' memorandum of law. If Plaintiff chooses to amend and if Defendants renew the motion to dismiss, Defendants may incorporate by reference any prior briefing.
