ORDER THAT PARTIES SHALL SUBMIT A JOINT STATUS REPORT TO THE COURT WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF THE CONCLUSION OF MEDIATION, OR NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1, 2026, TO REPORT ON THE STATUS OF THE GRIEVANCE PROCESS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ANTICIPATED, SCHEDULED, OR PAST DATE FOR ANY MEDIATION AND THE OUTCOME OF ANY COMPLETED MEDIATION. PURSUANT TO THE STATUS CONFERENCE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2026, COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANTS SHALL FILE A MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL. THE COURT WILL DETERMINE WHEN THE MOTION IS RIPE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ONGOING STAY OF THIS MATTER PENDING COMPLETION OF THE GRIEVANCE PROCESS.
