PAPERLESS ORDER: THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. On June 9, 2026, the Clerk entered default as to certain defendants. ECF No. 71 . Since the Clerk entered default, Plaintiff has dismissed additional defendants. See ECF Nos. 73 , 77 , 78 , 79 , 83 .
Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that by June 29, 2026, Plaintiff shall move for default final judgment against the remaining defaulted defendants in accordance with the procedures described in the Court's Standing Order on Default Final Judgment, available under Attachments at https://www.flsd.uscourts.gov/content/judge-beth-bloom. Plaintiff's failure to file a Motion for Default Final Judgment by the deadline may result in dismissal without prejudice and without further notice as to those Defendants.
