Plaintiffs say that they need more time because they just received significant amounts of important new information about the case as a result of a potential settlement with Urner Barry and a proposed consent decree in an antitrust action recently filed by the U.S. Department of Justice and several state attorneys general in Iowa. The motion is GRANTED, and the schedule is reset as follows: consolidated complaints are due July 31; Rule 26(f) reports are due August 21; motions to dismiss are due September 11 (responses are due October 16 and replies are due November 6); the Rule 16 conference is rescheduled for October 2 in Courtroom 250 at 10 a.m. Signed by District Judge James D.
