Dismiss Case
MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING APPELLANT TEENA C0LEBR00K'S REQUEST TO DISMISS CASE by Judge Cynthia Valenzuela: Appellant-Creditor Colebrook filed a "Request to Dismiss Case as Appeal Was Made Moot by Defendants Voluntarily Dismissing Their Own Bankruptcy" 21 . In the Dismissal Request, Appellant-Creditor Colebrook explains (1) the instant appeal is now moot because the Debtors voluntarily dismissed their Chapter 12 bankruptcy, (2) the instant appeal was transferred to this Court in error, and (3) Appellant-Creditor Colebrook secured an order permanently barring Debtors from filing future bankruptcies. The parties have not filed any documents since the Dismissal Request. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Dismissal Request and DISMISSES the appeal. The Clerk is directed to close the case. ( MD JS-6.
