Attorney Fees Alter Judgment
MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Josephine L. Staton: ORDER (1) GRANTING MOTION TO ALTER OR AMEND JUDGMENT 128 , AND (2) GRANTING IN PART MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES 126 . Having taken these matters under submission, the Court Grants GRANTS Plaintiffs Motion to Alter/Amend Judgment and GRANTS IN PART Plaintiff's Motion for Attorneys' Fees. The Court awards Plaintiff post- and pre-judgment interest, $393,052 in attorneys' fees, and $1,127.30 in expenses. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file a proposed amended judgment with the Court within ten (10) days after the issuance of this Order. The proposed amended judgment shall calculate post- and pre-judgment interest using the applicable interest rates as set forth in this Order. Plaintiff shall further include with its proposed amended judgment a declaration explaining how Plaintiff arrived at its post- and pre-judgment interest calculations. (lc)
