Order
ELECTRONIC ORDER: On May 26, 2026, the Court ordered Plaintiff Rayneshia Betts to file an amended complaint with facts explaining why venue is proper in the Dallas Division of the Northern District of Texas no later than June 9, 2026. (Doc. 4 ). That deadline has passed and the record reflects Betts did not comply with the Court's order. Accordingly, the Betts is ORDERED to file her amended complaint addressing the Court's venue concerns no later than July 9, 2026. The Court may dismiss this case for want of prosecution and failure to follow a Court order under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) should Betts fail to comply with this second Court Order.
