STIPULATION AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Landlord, Receiver and Plaintiff Fannie Mae, by and through their undersigned legal counsel, as follows: 1. Receiver will file the Yellowstone Motion, via ECF, on or before the Cure Date. 2. The filing of the Yellowstone Motion shall operate as an automatic temporary restraining order (the "TRO") tolling and staying the Cure Date under the FAR Default Notice and enjoining and restraining Landlords from enforcing the FAR Default Notice pending the hearing and determination of the Yellowstone Motion. The TRO shall automatically expire upon the determination of the Yellowstone Motion. Fannie Mae may file a response to the Yellowstone Motion, via ECF, on or before September 4, 2026. 4. Landlords may file opposition papers to the Yellowstone Motion, via ECF, on or before September 25, 2026. Landlord's opposition may include a response to Fannie Mae's submission, if any. 5. Receiver may file reply papers in further support of the Motion, via ECF, on or before October 5, 2026. As further set forth in this order. SO ORDERED (Signed by Judge Lewis J.
