The report indicates that Plaintiffs' counsel in this removed case "is not admitted in the Eastern District and has indicated that Plaintiffs do not agree to removal to Federal Court and has requested to pauseany participation from Plaintiffs' counsel and Plaintiffs." The request to "pause" this litigation is hereby DENIED. Plaintiffs are directed to obtain alternative counsel and have that counsel file an entry of appearance OR file a notice that they intend to proceed pro se in this action no later than OCTOBER 28, 2026.
