ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: Presently before the Court is Defendant Foothill Extended Stay Management LLC, Hotel Management and Consulting HMC's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's complaint 67 . After careful ly considering the papers filed in connection with the Motion, the Court deems the matter appropriate for decision without oral argument and vacates the July 6, 2026 hearing. Because Plaintiff has not filed an opposition. Accordingly, the Court deems Plaintiffs failure to oppose as consent to granting the Motion to Dismiss, and therefore GRANTS the Motion. The Court DISMISSES Defendants Foothill Extended Stay Management, LLC and HotelManagement and Consulting HMC ONLY. (lc)
