MINUTES OF Pretrial Conference and Motion Hearing held before Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The Court heard from the parties as to pretrial matters and motions in limine. The Court continues the Final Pretrial Conference to 8/7/2026 08:30 AM before Judge Stanley Blumenfeld Jr. The Court orders as follows: (1) The parties are ordered to meet and confer regarding Defendants' third and fourth motions in limine 93 , 94 . No later than 5:00 PM on August 5, the parties shall file a joint statement providing offers of proof detailing the evidence they intend to introduce about alleged timecard manipulation. In the joint statement, Defendants shall also file a response to Plaintiff's offer of proof regarding damages, which remains due at 10:00 AM on August 4.
