SCHEDULING ORDER: A settlement conference will be held on October 28, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 840, Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse, Central Islip, New York. All counsel, clients with full settlement authority, and individuals with direct knowledge of the allegations at issue, shall appear in person for the settlement conference. Telephonic or virtual appearances will not be permitted. Clients - or representatives thereof - must appear for the settlement conference. Appearance by counsel with "full settlement authority" is not permitted. Client representatives must have full settlement authority without having to make a telephone call for such authority. Each party shall submit a confidential Settlement Statement to Shields_Chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov by close of business on October 23, 2026.
