TEXT ORDER: The Court has received Defendant Progressive Insurance's Sept. 1, 2026, Letter, ECF No. 96 , stating that it has not received Plaintiffs' responses to Defendants' discovery requests by the August 30, 2026, deadline set by the Court's prior Order, ECF No. 95 . The Order at ECF No. 95 cautioned that the August 30 "deadline will not be extended further." Accordingly, Progressive shall provide a status update within five (5) days of the date of this Text Order to confirm whether or not it has received Plaintiffs' discovery responses. If Progressive receives the discovery responses, it should indicate in the status letter how it received the responses (e.g., email, certified mail), the date of receipt, and anything that indicates the date Plaintiffs sent the responses (e.g., postage date).
