Letter
Letter re: service of opposition to Plaintiffs' summary judgment motions by U.S. Underwriters Insurance Company (Proto, Vincent)
Order(Other)
ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff Folor's 79 Motion to File Under Seal. To file under seal, the filing party must attach, inter alia, the document it wants sealed, which should not have any redactions, and a second copy with highlights for the portions it would want redacted on the public docket. See Individual R. 1(B). Because Defendant U.S. Underwriters Insurance Company is in possession of the unredacted version of the document at issue here, it must file, for the Court's records, this unredacted document. The Court's Individual Rules do not obligate the filing party to disclose the unredacted document with other parties to the suit. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 7/22/2026. (ABB)
