TEXT ORDER: Upon consideration of pro se Plaintiff's Limited Notice of Clarification and, to the extent necessary, Motion for Leave to Clarify Prior Filings Regarding Personal-Injury Compensation and ADA Title III Injunctive Standing (Doc. 43 ), it is ORDERED that the motion is DENIED. Similarly, Plaintiff's Limited Supplemental Motion Regarding Unusable Registered-Office Address, to Amend or Reissue the Summons, for Extension of Time Under Rule 4(m), for Court-Directed Service on Fourth Quarter, LLC, and to Waive Prepayment of U.S. Marshals Service Fees and Costs (Doc. 50 ) and Plaintiff's Limited Supplemental Notice and Request to Address Document 46 Before Further Summons Issuance (Doc. 52 ) are DENIED. Further, it is ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Strike (Doc. 48 ) is DENIED. Pro se plaintiff is advised that this case is currently pending disposition of Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 32 ). The parties were ordered to brief the issues raised in the motion to dismiss and the time for this briefing has passed. The Court will not entertain additional motions to supplement arguments or motions that raise new issues in this case. Further, the Court will not entertain any motions that are procedurally improper. Both categories of motions filed will be denied summarily.
