Lucas and GCSB shall file their respective Statements of Position by August 7, 2026. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO CONTINUE EVIDENTIARY HEARING (ECF No. 120 ) is GRANTED with modification and the Evidentiary Hearing is CONTINUED generally pending resolution of the Motion to Dismiss.
