The briefing schedule is modified as follows: (1) Defendant shall serve (not file) their moving papers by August 28, 2026; (2) Plaintiff shall serve (not file) their opposition papers by October 13, 2026; and (3) Defendant shall serve and file their reply papers by November 4, 2026. All papers shall be filed on the reply date, November 4, 2026. The parties are directed to mail two courtesy hard copies of their papers to Chambers as they are served and to email an electronic copy of their papers to Chambers as soon as practicable after filing.
