Scheduling Conference ~Util - Set Hearings
CLERK'S NOTES for Scheduling Conference held in-person before Judge Brian E. Murphy: Court outlines proposed modifications to the Proposed Schedules submitted by the parties and hears argument from counsel. Defendants anticipate filing motions to dismiss and motions to stay discovery, some being filed jointly. Plaintiffs to serve first set of interrogatories and requests for production by 6/23/2026. Both cases are consolidated for purposes of discovery. Further Joint Status Report to be filed re discovery track no later than 8/28/2026. Court sets preliminary schedule to address the filing of motions to dismiss and will hold off issuing a complete discovery schedule.
