Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Remove Counsel from CM/ECF Service List. ECF No. 175 . Counsel for Defendants seek to remove W. Reese Levins from the list of counsel for Defendants and from the electronic service system. Defendants will continue to be represented by attorneys from the law firm Marquis Aurbach. Id.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Remove Counsel from CM/ECF Service List (ECF No. 175 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court must remove W. Reese Levins' name from CM/ECF and the docket so that he no longer receives electronic service of materials filed in this case.
