TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon review of its docket. In light of the in-person settlement conference set for December 9, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (ECF No. 16 ) and pursuant to the Court's authority to manage its docket, see Penn W. Assocs., Inc. v. Cohen, 371 F.3d 118, 126-29 (3d Cir. 2004), the Court directs the Clerk's Office to administratively terminate this matter from the Court's active docket pending the outcome of settlement discussions. If the matter is not resolved, the parties may request to have the matter reopened and relisted to the Court's active docket. So Ordered by Judge Georgette Castner on 10/2/2026. (jmh)
