ORDER RE PLAINTIFFS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINT (DKT. 61 ) by Judge John A. Kronstadt. The Motion is GRANTED, as follows. Plaintiffs shall file a Third Amended Complaint within three days of this Order. The changes in the TAC shall be limited to correcting Defendant's name and corporate address (pages 1, 7 at 30), making necessary amendments to the statement of jurisdiction (pages 7-8 at 31, 34), and removing Bellesa Enterprises US, Inc. as a party. Plaintiffs will not make any changes to their substantive allegations. Defendant shall file any response to the TAC within 10 days of the issuance of this Order. IT IS SO ORDERED. (yl)
