ENDORSED ORDER striking 47 Defendant's Notice of Errata to Response in Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Quash Subpoena Duces Tecum. The Clerk of Court is directed to strike Defendant's notice 47. Defendant requests that the Court substitute the exhibit attached to its notice in place of its previously filed response (46). Defendant's request is improper under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7(b)(1) and this District's Administrative Procedures for Electronic Filing. Accordingly, no later than September 17, 2026, Defendant shall file a motion requesting the appropriate relief. Any such motion shall also contain a certificate of conferral that addresses whether a corrected response by Defendant, if permitted by the Court, would moot Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a Reply (48).
