Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
Judge Mark G. Mastroianni: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered granting 27 Joint Motion to Extend Fact Discovery Deadline and Subsequent Deadlines. All non-expert fact discovery shall be completed by October 19, 2026. Plaintiff shall designate and disclose expert witnesses pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) and applicable Local Rules by November 19, 2026. Defendant shall designate and disclose expert witnesses pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) and applicable Local Rules by December 21, 2026. All expert depositions shall be completed by January 18, 2027. Dispositive motions, if any, shall be filed on or before February 18, 2027; oppositions shall be filed no later than 30 days from the date of service of any dispositive motion; and, consistent with Local Rule 56.1, replies may be filed within 14 days after any opposition is served. A hearing on any filed dispositive motions will be held, in-person, on April 7, 2027 at 11:00 A.M.; if no dispositive motions are filed, the hearing will be converted into an initial pretrial conference. The court retains the preliminary trial date of June 7, 2027. (CR)
