Setting an interim briefing schedule will unnecessarily prolong the proceedings, and Plaintiffs can include arguments regarding the small-claims exception in their response to Defendants’ motions to compel arbitration. Plaintiffs’ alternative request for an extension to file their response and their request for leave to file a consolidated response of no more than fifty pages are both ALLOWED.
