   Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Miroslav Lovric: an on the record conference was held on 7/10/2026, via Teams teleconference. The Court and parties discussed a discovery dispute matter. Plaintiff advised the Court that Plaintiff properly served on multiple occasions a deposition notice and subpoena on a Non-Party County Court Judge to appear at deposition who failed to appear for deposition multiple times, failed to move to quash the deposition notice and subpoena, and failed to provide any legal reason for failure to appear at deposition. This Court authorized Plaintiff to file on the docket a proposed Order to Show Cause supported by Affidavit directing all parties and Non-Party witness to appear before this Court to address the failure of the witness to appear for deposition. Upon filing of such proposed Order to Show Cause, this Court will promptly review such filing and consider issuing an Order to Show Cause. If the parties resolve this Non-Party deposition issue, Plaintiff shall file a letter on the docket advising this Court that this dispute has been resolved. Appearances: F. Policelli, Esq., and B.
