Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Judge Charles Esque Fleming. A Case Management Conference was held on September 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM by telephone. Present were Amanda M. Connelly and Amy L. Kullik for Plaintiff Eastern Company and Peter C. Mapley for Defendant Elizabeth Spilman. The parties stated they are amenable to mediation by the assigned magistrate judge. The Court hereby ORDERS the matter referred to Magistrate Judge James E. Grimes for the purpose of conducting a mediation. The parties shall work with Magistrate Judge Grimes as to the timing of the mediation and to establish a schedule, as necessary, to complete any discovery that will facilitate effective mediation.
