The parties were heard on 36 37 Plaintiff's Motion for Approval of Infant Compromise. The Court finds that the proposed Settlement Agreement is fair and reasonable, as set forth in the attached Infant Compromise Order.
The parties are directed to file a stipulation of dismissal by November 2, 2026.
