Finally, the Court reminds the parties, once again, of their meet and confer obligations as clearly set forth within the Court's Order at Dkt. No. 114 . Next, Defendants' motion to compel at Dkt. No. 116 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to demonstrate a heightened or particularized need for the settlement agreement. See LifeScan, Inc. v. Smith, No. 17-cv-5552, 2024 WL 4913028, at *3 (D.N.J. July 30, 2024) (collecting cases in this District that have repeatedly "applied a heightened standard of proof in determining whether the discovery of settlement agreements and other documents should be allowed." ).
