TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint discovery dispute letter at Dkt. No. 37 . First, the parties' request for the following extensions and stipulations are GRANTED: 1, Plaintiff's original infringement contentions be replaced with the proposed supplemental contentions; 2, Defendant's deadline to serve invalidity contentions be moved to August 4, 2026; and Plaintiff's responses to the invalidity contentions be moved to August 18, 2026. As to the remaining disputes, an in-person dispute hearing is scheduled for August 7, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Counsel shall appear in person at the Martin Luther King Building & U.S. Courthouse, 50 Walnut Street, Courtroom 4(d), Newark, New Jersey. In the meantime, the parties should continue to meet and confer in order to attempt to resolve these disputes without court intervention.
