PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Amended Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice, Consent to Designation, and Request to Electronically Receive Notices of Electronic Filing for Daniel R. Strecker. 88 . The Motion is filed on behalf of non-party C.A.P. Government, Inc. ("CAP") in connection with subpoenas served on CAP by Plaintiff. The Court notes that CAP has not been added to the docket, and that the Notice of Appearance filed by local counsel on CAP's behalf 87 was docketed as filed on behalf of counsel rather than CAP. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to (1) add C.A.P. Government, Inc. to the docket as an Interested Party, and (2) modify the docket text of the Notice of Appearance 87 to reflect that it was filed on behalf of non-party C.A.P. Government, Inc. CAP's designation as an Interested Party is solely for administrative purposes; CAP remains a non-party to this action, and its appearance is limited to matters relating to the subpoenas directed to it. UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 88 is GRANTED. Daniel R. Strecker may appear pro hac vice in this matter on behalf of non-party C.A.P. Government, Inc., for the limited purpose stated above.
