TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colleen R. Lawless on 9/9/2026: Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a) provides that the name of an individual known to be a minor be replaced with the minor's initials in all court filings. Plaintiff named a minor, J.N.P., as a defendant in its complaint and subsequent filings. (Docs. 1 , 2 , 5 , 10 ). By 9/15/2026, Plaintiff shall provide redacted and/or modified versions of each document not in compliance, including those referenced above and any others, to the Clerk of Court, who will then replace the relevant documents with the modified versions. ATTN: Melissa Corso, Melissa_Corso@ilcd.uscourts.gov. Clerk shall change the minor defendant's name in the docket to "J.N.P."(RES)
