For these reasons, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion, ECF No. 13 , is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs may file an amended motion for default judgment, accompanied by a sufficient proposed order and proposed final judgment by no later than July 29, 2026.
