Order
ENDORSED ORDER. The I-200 warrant provided by Respondents states that it was issued on July 2, 2026. (See Doc. [10-2].) The Petition alleges that Petitioner was detained on or about that same day. (See Doc. 4, para. 23.) I-200 warrants issued after arrest are invalid. See Guarnizo v. Quinones, No. 6:26-cv-624, 2026 WL 982816, at *3 (M.D. Fla. Apr. 13, 2026). So Respondents are DIRECTED to file a supplemental response by noon on Friday, July 17, 2026, providing the specific times that the warrant was signed and that Petitioner was detained. The response must be supported by evidence, which may be in the form of an affidavit or declaration under penalty of perjury. Signed by Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. on 7/13/2026. (ZEK)
