ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is the parties' Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice (Doc. No. 41), wherein the parties jointly request that the Court dismiss this case with prejudice. Doc. No. 41 at 1 (emphasis original). Having carefully considered the same, the Court GRANTS the parties' joint request for dismissal and hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE all of Plaintiff Sai Anish Chowdhary Bezawada's claims against Defendant SanQuest, Inc. Attorneys' fees and costs shall be borne by the party incurring same.
