IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the stay of all claims asserted by Texas Brine against OxyChem, Basic Chemicals Company, LLC, Occidental VCM, LLC, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, and Oxy USA, Inc., and correspondingly, all claims asserted by OxyChem against Texas Brine, is hereby lifted for purposes of effectuating the dismissal of such claims. FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all claims and demands asserted by Texas Brine in this case against OxyChem, Basic Chemicals Company, LLC, Occidental VCM, LLC, Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Oxy USA, Inc., as well as all claims and demands asserted by Texas Brine against the insurers of OxyChem and the above-listed affiliates of OxyChem, including Chartis Specialty Insurance Company, Aspen Insurance UK Ltd., New Hampshire Insurance Company, Steadfast Insurance Company, and Starr Surplus Lines Insurance Company, be and hereby are dismissed with prejudice.
