ORDER - For the reasons set forth on the record on July 10, 2026, it is hereby ORDERED that: On Monday July 13, 2026, Defendant Martorello shall file hiswithdrawal of DEFENDANT MATT MARTORELLO'S MEMORANDUM OF LAWIN OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO REPATRIATE FOREIGNASSETS AND FOR AN EVIDENTIARY HEARING (ECF No. 1417 ). Counsel for Plaintiffs and Counsel for Defendant Martorello shall confer to identify a list of assets to be frozen and shall report the results of their conference on a conference call on July 15, 2026, at 10:00AM. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement on a list. the Court will hold an evidentiary hearing on July 16, 2026, at 10:00AM to address the MOTION FOR ENTRY OF PROPOSED ASSET FREEZE ORDER (ECF No. 1456 ). It is ORDERED that Defendant Matthew Martorello shall appear at that hearing and shall testify to the identity and location of all foreign trusts to which any of his or his family's assets have ever been transferred, directly or indirectly.
