Order [non-document] The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report, which was emailed to Chambers on August 13, 2026. Therein, the parties indicate that they are engaged in settlement negotiations and have "intentionally limited discovery efforts while reserving all rights to continue discovery should those discussions not result in resolution." As the parties do not identify any issues for the Court to address, the telephonic status conference currently set for August 18, 2026 is CANCELLED and RESET for September 17, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Counsel shall use the previously provided dial in information. In addition, Counsel shall confer within five (5) business days of the scheduled conference to discuss outstanding issues and respective positions as to settlement. Counsel shall provide to the Court within three (3) business days of the conference, a joint Status Report or confidential individual Status Reports describing the status of discovery, including the timing and method of withholding information on the basis of claims of privilege or protected trial preparation materials, in compliance with Rule 26(b)(5)(A); settlement positions; and issues to be addressed. The Status Reports need not be filed, but may be delivered via email to Barker_Chambers@ohnd.uscourts.gov. Judge Pamela A. Barker on 8/14/2026. (P,K)
