STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF ACTION: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the plaintiff Cladding & Component, Solutions, Inc. and defendants Piazza, Inc. and United States Fire Insurance Company, pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, that the above-captioned action, including all claims asserted therein or claims or counterclaims which could have been asserted therein, are hereby dismissed, with prejudice, and without costs or fees as against any party. This Stipulation may be executed in counterparts, delivered by electronic means (i.e., via facsimile or attachment to email), and signatures on this Stipulation delivered electronically will be deemed original signatures.
