SCHEDULING ORDER terminating 47 Letter Motion for Conference. A pre-motion conference will not be necessary. Nor will the Court treat Defendant's pre-motion letter as if it were the motion itself. Instead, it is HEREBY ORDERED that, on or before August 14, 2026, Defendant shall file its renewed motion to dismiss. Subsequent briefing shall be on the schedule contemplated by Local Civil Rule 6.1(b). The Parties are admonished to consult the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases and to refrain from calling Chambers except as provided for in those Rules.
