SCHEDULING ORDER: On August 10, 2026, the Court directed the plaintiff to show cause by August 17, 2026 why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In light of the plaintiff's pro se status, the Court sua sponte extends his deadline to respond until August 26, 2026. If the plaintiff does not respond to the order to show cause by that date, the Court will dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and close this case. Ordered by Judge Ann M.
