MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of defendant District of Columbia's 4 Consent Motion for Extension of Time, it is ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED; the District of Columbia shall answer, move to dismiss, or otherwise respond to the plaintiff's 1 Complaint on or before October 22, 2026.As of the date of this order, the docket reflects that the plaintiff has yet to file proof of service. The Court directs the plaintiff's attention to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(l), which provides that, "[u]nless service is waived, proof of service must be made to the court." Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(l)(1). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the plaintiff shall, on or before November 29, 2026, file proof of service in accordance with Rule 4(l). So Ordered by Judge Dabney L.
