   Mr. Baskin reports having made efforts to secure new counsel but has not been able to do so. Upon inquiry by the Court, Mr. Baskin acknowledges that unlikely to secure counsel even if permitted additional time. Court appreciates Mr. Baskin's candor however this case must move forward.

   In light of the foregoing, the Court LIFTS the STAY in this matter, EFFECTIVE 6/10/2026.

   To monitor status, the Court sets a Telephone Conference for 7/28/2026 at 11:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Trader.
