PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants' Unopposed Joint Expedited Motion to Extend Expert Disclosure and Report Deadlines and Discovery Deadline (DE 86 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Defendants request an extension of Defendants' Expert Disclosure, Parties' Rebuttal Expert Reports and Expert Depositions set forth in the Court's Scheduling Order (DE 66 ). Upon review of the Motion and the record, being apprised of an agreement between the Parties and for good cause shown, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED. Defendants shall have up to and including October 5, 2026 to file their expert disclosure. Parties shall have up to and including October 19, 2026 to file their rebuttal expert reports and up to and including November 9, 2026 to file their expert depositions. All other deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order (DE 66 ) remain intact.
